  Generate a new globally unique 16 octet key.

  The format of the returned key is:

  • TCP/IP address (4 bytes)
  • TCP/IP port (2 bytes big endian)
  • server cycle (2 bytes big endian)
  • time in seconds since 1970-01-01:00:00 (4 bytes big endian)
  • sequence number to guarantee uniqueness (4 bytes big endian)
